Description

Rocky Mountain Amusements has been building world-class rollercoasters since 2001. We need a long-term job site coordinator to live on site and assist the foreman with various different responsibilities. We would love to add someone to our team with an enthusiastic and go-getter personality. Please note that this is a full-time traveling position.

Duties

• Receive designs from the Engineering team and manage drawing revisions on the job site
• Provide each team of crew members the design information necessary for proper installation in a timely manner
• Work with HR, Operations and the Foreman to determine appropriate staffing levels
• Maintain a dynamic calendar of all planned absences from the job site (Vacation, Holidays, Visa Rotations, etc…)
• Hire local personnel/ temporary labor
• Keep HR informed of employee missed punches, any extra hours, travel, time key tracking, etc. 
• Provide information and topics for every Monday safety meeting
• Ensure a first aid kit is always on hand (CPR trained is a plus) 
• Identify suppliers for all necessary equipment or services
• Review performance vs. billing with vendors
• Ensure job site is secure at all times
• Coordinate shipping and receiving with the office and keep a record of all shipments
• Handle rentals and ensure all RMC or rental equipment is secure and maintained when not in use
• Collect receipts and fill out expense reports as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience working on an active construction site
• CPR training or the ability to become CPR trained within 6 months of hire
• Previous experience managing a construction site a plus
